After some time and much effort, my latest project in gastronomy is ready for release. The book is a collaboration with José Ballester; together we put together 56 recipes of his best tapas. Consisting of 120 pages, printed with CMYK on 135 grade paper, the book offers recipes that are simple and delicious.
